Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
It's used in the whole entire organization, to execute contracts that need to be signed by multiple parties (internally and externally). Sometimes we have vendors that send us agreements to sign on Adobe Sign, and sometimes we use Adobe Sign internally when we have an agreement that needs to be acknowledged among different departments.
Pros
- It feels very safe and confidential.
- I like that you can choose a signature.
- It's good to track accountability (who hasn't signed yet?).
Cons
- Sometimes it can be hard to navigate, since there are so many options of what to do.
- It will be nice if there is a "lite" version for those more technologically challenged, where all they have to do is open it, select "sign/not sign/amend," and possibly a comments box - that's it.
- Make it more compatible with other apps.
- Positive in that we are able to get signatures more promptly and on time than we would otherwise.
- There have been no negative impacts to my business.
- I also like that I can check who has/hasn't signed, to appropriately nudge the right person.
