Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We use Adobe Sign within our sales and service departments in order to issue contracts out to new and renewed customers. It allows us to quickly get contracts out and returned and stored digitally so we can access easily as needed.
  • Reminder emails are helpful
  • Real-time sync with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Ease of sending through Microsoft Dynamics
  • Ability to customize returned document names
  • Ability to rename documents
  • Improved integration with CRM systems and ability to map and customize more easily
  • Unable to measure the ROI specifically, we simply use it to improve our internal processes.
Support has been responsive and helpful for the most part (errors, basic functionality) but support and assistance with more involved solutions and customization could be improved, even for things that should be basic functionalities.
Fairly intuitive and user friendly. Can be a bit challenging to map fields correctly when integrating with other systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
We use Adobe Sign to send and receive contracts for our ticket holders. Given the large number of fans we need to track, it makes it easier to keep these organized.

DocuSign seems to be a better tool with more customization capabilities, but Adobe Sign was selected based on price.
Really helpful for basic document sending and tracking, but customization options could be improved. My organization only uses it for sending contracts, so am not sure how well its other document capabilities perform.
