After the machine has been repaired or installed at the customer's site, the company is using Adobe Sign for sending emails with the technician's signed service reports to customers for review and signature. Upon review, the customer is sending a signed report to the company's database for proper handling and recording of the intervention.
- Finding signature field.
- Posting accurate documents.
- Drag and drop of documents.
- The reports being sent after requiring signature only if the email in the first field.
- The signature field is always posting a recorded hand signature
- Eliminates the need for carrying portable printer to customer's site.
- Faster processing of signed documents.
- Quick follow-up with the customers.
The service report is being sent to the customer immediately upon finishing the work and immediately processed automatically upon the customer's reviewing.
