Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We use it to sign offer letters. We also use it to get new bonus plans and commission plans signed each year as well as restrictive covenants.
  • You can get things signed fast and everyone gets a copy. No more mailing and scanning documents.
  • You can sign on the go from anywhere. I sign and our managers sign from their phones all the time.
  • When I delete an item that never went out (for example loaded the wrong document) I would like it to go away completely. Currently it always shows as a draft and clutters my files.
  • Our ROI would be realized in the amount of time HR would be tracking documents without Adobe Sign. With its ease of use that time can be spent elsewhere.
I would like to be able to speak to someone from the States when I have an issue. Really hard to understand the folks on the phone when you call and you can definitely tell support is off-shored.
Only reason I do not give it a ten is some users have a hard time telling how to open the document from the original email. The link is small and easily missed. The submit button is also easy missed and a lot of first time users think they signed and close out without hitting the submit button after applying a signature.
Again, I use it in my department for offer letters, bonus and commission plans as well as restrictive covenants.

I find both to be comparable. Most people that use Adobe Sign call it DocuSign not knowing it is a different product. DocuSign definitely has the name recognition in this space due to their abundance of advertising and Adobe’s lack there of.
Well suited for folks on the go that want to get things completed fast with efficiency. Less tech savvy folks have trouble with it at times though.
