Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Our organization is a community clinic and we signed up for Adobe Sign to help us implement telehealth services during the pandemic. Adobe Sign was easy to set up in a hurry and intuitive to use. We were able to set up and begin using Adobe Sign in a day. We also utilize Adobe Sign for all staff members who are working from home, it is so helpful to electronically sign documents no matter where you are.

Pros

  • Easy to set up templates.
  • Intuitive to use.

Cons

  • Allow for more than signature one and two on templates.
  • Adobe Sign has allowed us to implement telehealth for our practice and positively helped us continue to see patients during the pandemic lockdown.
I had a hard time communicating with the customer service representative when I had a question and it took a long time to finally get the question answered.
Adobe Sign is very usable.

Adobe Sign was superior in set up and usability to DocuSign and less expensive as well.
Adobe Sign is well suited for electronic signatures. Having more than two signers on a template is not available at this time.
