Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

I have used Adobe Sign in the remote portion of the learning in the last academic year. This was used consistently as the academic year went on, and it was extremely useful for paperwork since the school was fully remote. We all used this app consistently through the school year, and it was very useful; and I still use it for sending signed paperwork to my supervisor and parents of the students if need be.

Adobe Sign does a great job of being there for its customers, and the customer service representatives are always there to assist. However, it does get extremely busy sometimes, and the hold time does go a bit longer than usual. Otherwise, it is the app to beat in terms of functionality and excellence.
Adobe Sign is the easiest app that anyone can use because it is so easy to use on every level. It is well presented, and the functionality of it does supersede any other apps out there that promise to do the same thing that Adobe Sign does, which is to sign important documents.
I use Adobe Sign on a daily basis in my industry, especially when it comes to delivering paperwork to my students' parents that need to be signed right away and cannot wait. When something is urgent, which is basically all the time, all I do is email the students' parents the form, and they sign it and send it back to me, which alleviates the lag time of the post office.
