Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

We use Adobe Sign to send out contracts and order forms to customers. We also use it to sign all employee onboarding documents that are necessary for signatures. It is our only signing tool.
  • Ease of use.
  • Signature reminders.
  • Signature flow.
  • Detecting automatic fields.
  • Quicker contract signing times.
I have not needed to contact Adobe Sign support, so I think if I've been using it for this long and haven't needed any support for issues, that is a good sign that the product works well and as intended.
It is very easy to use and doesn't go overboard with options to overwhelm the user. It does what I need it to do and doesn't try to over-complicate the signing process with additional features or add-ons I don't need.
We use Adobe Sign to send out order forms and contracts for customers to sign. We also use it for new hires to sign their onboarding documentation.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat Sign delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat Sign's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat Sign live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat Sign go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

Yes

It's pretty similar to DocuSign, although it feels a bit more basic and simple in its interface than DocuSign does (which I think is a good thing). The layout makes it very easy to find your outstanding contracts that are waiting for signatures and with a click of one button, I can start a new signing process for another document.
Adobe Sign is a great tool to use in a business setting because it provides a very easy-to-use user experience for the teams that need to send out contracts and order forms. It doesn't take a lot of time to learn how to use it, so the onboarding experience doesn't hinder folks from being productive and sending out order forms.
