Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign

Right now any, and all contracts being sent out from Qualtrics are on Adobe Sign. It helps speed up the process from any legal review and makes it way more convenient for any of our potential clients to start the legal review process. Adobe Sign is automated through our CRM.

Pros

  • API automation.
  • UI is very intuitive.
  • Custom notifications.

Cons

  • PDF to Word editor.
  • Mobile application.
  • Shared projects.
  • Time saved.
  • Issues with mobile app.
  • Issues sharing projects.
Adobe Sign is less known than DocuSign. Adobe Sign has a lot of the same functionality, but the overall process/UI of DocuSign is more accepted globally. We've had contracts get delayed and rejected because we didn't use DocuSign, to begin with. If I had a choice, I would prefer to always use DocuSign because it's better known.
Works well when the contract is simple and doesn't require a lot of back and forth between parties. It's not the most suited if clients need to customize the contract or add a lot of redlines. I work in SaaS and it works well since our T&C's and contracts don't often get changed.
