It is being used by the office to send documents to customers that are not local to Florida or who are on the go. It helps us to get important authorization forms signed so that we can provide services.
- Makes it easy for customers to sign documents on the go or if they don't have a printer and scanner.
- Documents are easy to fill out by the sender.
- Documents are sent quickly.
- Fields that have multiple choices such as surveys are hard to navigate.
- Sometimes the document that needs to be signed is too sensitive to movement and it can take a little while to edit the fields properly.
- It has helped the company to be compliant.
- It has facilitated our customer service.
