Saved So Much Time and Money! Get it!
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
We are a travel agency and have to send out credit card authorization forms to thousands of clients a year, and our current PDFs we sent before we purchased Adobe Sign had to be printed, filled out, and then scanned and sent back to us, and caused a lot of wasted energy, money, and time in doing so. Adobe Sign has essentially eliminated all that in a matter of days and has simplified our process 10 times over.

Our original idea was to edit our forms using Adobe Acrobat DC to make them fillable with text, but they (the clients) would still have to save, download, and email them back to us, and DocuSign had such an user-unfriendly layout and design, it was very slow and just overall not a great experience, that Adobe Sign felt so great and easy to use after those two alternatives, and it's easy to track signings and all of it is stored in the cloud, with no need to print the papers, or dig through emails.
