Overall Satisfaction with ADP Mobile Solutions
Currently, ADP Mobile Solutions is being used globally in our company for employees to check their direct deposits on payday, leave time balances, pay stubs, taxes, and deductions. We plan in the near future to be upgrading our systems to allow employees to see their schedules, request time off and shift swap with other employees.
- Futuristic look.
- Mapping out pay stubs, pie chart for gross pay, percentage of taxes, percentage of deductions, etc.
- More interactive.
- A chat for help topics. I have personally never been trained on the APP professionally, so I am unable to answer questions if there seems to be something incorrect.
- More training on the functionality of the app.
- Fewer phone calls to our Payroll Administrators.
- Helpful to our employees who are on the go.
- Information at our fingertips.
The usability seems very intuitive, as we turn more features on we are continually impressed. As we roll out features to our employees, it is very user-friendly, and most users have little to complain about. I would recommend a training module when someone first downloads the app, to have a few training screens before logging in to help those less familiar with application technology. Other than that recommendation, the app has been great.
There may have been changes since, but I had called out a seeming glitch over a year ago and the ADP representative was unable to help me that day, hopefully, things have improved. From what I can tell, there is not a customer service team or hotline dedicated specifically to the ADP Mobile Solutions App.
The ADP Enterprise eTIME customer service team is excellent. I hope that ADP gears up their support for the ADP Mobile Solutions app and models it after ADP Enterprise eTIME. They are very professional and knowledgeable whenever my payroll needs to call them for a solution. With a team like that for support, it would knock it out of the park.
The app is well suited for on the go access for our employees to see their paystubs and to be able to make better, informed decisions while out and about, living their life. Employees have used this info to make changes to their federal tax withholdings, direct deposit accounts, employee benefit deductions and the like.
