Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

We use ADP SmartCompliance for tax administration. It’s a critical tool in our effort to maintain compliance. Prior to using this tool it was a very manual process for us! The way the data is organized makes it easy for us to track and report on all of our tax jurisdictions. I would be lost without ADP’s SmartCompliance app!

It’s really a great application for companies of all sizes. The account managers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It’s just a great overall tool to help companies track and manage their tax liability and compliance. I really can’t think of any scenario where this application would not be useful to a company of any size.

ADP SmartCompliance Implementation

Currently all electronic copies of our returns have to be downloaded one at a time. There should be a way to download all returns for a quarter in a zip file or single download.

Yes! My first account manager was amazing! She was so knowledgeable, scheduled quarterly calls to review our account and pro-actively brought potential issues to my attention. I miss that kind of service.
I have never had an issue getting help for any question I had. The teams are very responsive and always follow up in a timely manner with any questions that I have had. And in the world of payroll timing really is everything!

I think overall usability is excellent. However, there is one area that I feel could be improved. There is no way to currently download all of your quarterly tax returns automatically. You have to download each one individually and with over 100 jurisdictions this is a very tedious process.
