Overall Satisfaction with ADP SmartCompliance

We use SmartCompliance with managing tax credits and our Payroll Department also uses it with taxes. In regards to Tax Credits, we are able to address missing information or documents. We can upload these documents to ensure we have all the information we need to process any credits we may have. Before SmartCompliance, we would have to address these functions through paper forms and secured emails. It has made it easier to provide ADP required documents.

  • We incorporated the Tax Credit form on our onboarding process so there's less administrative work required.
  • Most of our Tax Credit forms are completed with the required information. We do not have too many documents that are missing which expedites the process of aquiring our credits.

The reports and graphs show how our company is performing while also indicating what area we are not meeting compliance. It helps so we can target those areas and assist our managers to be as close to 100% compliance as possible. They also assist with being able to identify what areas we need improvement on and how can we make adjustments.
Our experience with compliance personnel has been great. The communication is great, they are quick to respond with information and provide assistance when needed. The support that they have provided has assisted with keeping us as compliant as we can. They have also kept track on any pending credits we potentially may be eligible for and notified us. That has helped tremendously since there are times that we are not aware of these.
SmartCompliance is well suited for my needs with upkeeping and tracking tax credits with how easy it is to navigate the system. It lets me know of any tasks that I need to complete, which is usually obtaining a document. Once I have the document, it's easily uploaded in SmartCompliance without having to send secured emails. I am able to retrieve multiple reports that I provide to my supervisors.
The only request I would have is to have email notifications send to me when there is a task to complete.

We've had a long term relationship with ADP and they have provided us great service with the different platforms we utilize.

Was not here for the implementation but during the update, all was done seamlessly.
Not sure - I wasn't here for the implementation but was here for the upgrade int he system. That went through seamlessly.

Configuring ADP SmartCompliance

I think it's just right. Some of the features can be turned off or on so the user can somewhat customized their system.
Recommendation for me would be have whatever you need on and turn off what you won't need. But i would look through all features just in case you might find something useful that you didn't think you needed.

We were late in recognizing tax credits that we may be able to get and ADP provided us multiple reports and tax credit forms that we need to fill out. Made the work so much easier.
I've haven't dealt with any issues and i get the support i need. Wait time is very minimal and our support rep is very prompt when we need assistance.

Usability is very easy and the system is always being improved to make it as user friendly as possible.

ADP SmartCompliance Reliability

It's a robust system so it can work for different departments within your company.
Since i've used it i don't recall the system being down,
Response/load time for some of the graphs and charts can take a while but it maybe just there are so much information being generated.

Relationship with ADP

ADP is very pleasant to work with. They listen to what you need and try to provide them for you.
Our account rep and support are a pleasure to work with. Prompt with their response and periodically checks up on us.
Just be upfront on what you want the system to do for you. How you will use it.

Yes - Yes it went by smoothly. No impact on what we were using the system for.
