I feel this product is very user friendly compared to most HRIS systems I've used

Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce now is being used as an HRIS system. It's being used to store employment data as well as for applicant tracking.
- ADP uses wizards. This allows it to be very user friendly.
- ADP Modules are set up to tailor to the appropriate departments.
- ADP reporting fuction allows for easy reporting through using Excel and CVS software.
- I don't have anything I would like to change. As along as all of the fuctionallies are turned on including self service I believe its a great product.
- ADP has great customer service. When there was any issue I was having I contacted the customer service account line and was able to get the step by step processes needed to resolve my issues.
ADP is more user friendly for the Human Resource staff. The functionalities are streamlined to help with employee data, as most HRIS systems are geared more toward payroll and accounting.
