Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I was the main decision maker in the selection of the ADP Workforce Now product for the retail organization that I previously worked for. It was used across the entire organization from Payroll to HRMS to benefits to employee clocking in and out. Frankly, I felt like ADP sold us a product that was not good for our business.

Pros

  • Self service was good when employees remembered their password.

Cons

  • It is not intuitive. Keep it simple! Everything about ADP is very difficult.
  • Have customer service people available on weekends.
  • Make the report generator easy to use.
  • Make the set up easy. Everything about ADP Workforce Now is very difficult.
  • There was a negative ROI because it ended up that managers spent more time with ADP than what was promised.
I would never go with ADP again.
It is not for a retail environment. Do not use the kiosk in a retail environment. It was more difficult for the managers. ADP sold us on how easy it was going to be. Report generation was difficult.
