Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are using ADP Workforce Now across the whole organization. We are encountering following business problems:
  • No records of previous entries made by a user. There is a change report, but it does not show in detail.
  • Every time we make changes in records, we need to run a trial payroll, only then does the data transmit to the ADP mainframe. We want that data to transfer to the ADP main frame as soon as we make a change in record.
  • Every time we add a new jurisdiction we need to inform ADP. We want that as soon as we add the state or local, it should all be set up. We don't want to visit the support center or call ADP and ask them to set up this state on their end. This should be an easy process.
  • One of the great things ADP Workforce Now does for us is "Manual Check". It gives customized options so we can make changes as per demand, and we can calculate by using several options available.
  • One of the strengths of ADP Workforce Now is they are very good and detailed in creating earning codes and deduction codes. We have the options available and we can create deduction codes and earning codes - as many as required by our company.
  • Another strength of ADP Workforce Now is that they are very good in reversing a transaction. Sometimes we need to reverse a transaction and they have a separate portal for this. We can go there and reverse that transaction.
  • The ADP Workforce Now tax and banking portal is a really good initiative. I can now send the agency notices to the tax team, and they are quite fast in dealing with agency notices and take relevant actions. Now we don't need to worry about the agency notices a lot. ADP is there helping us in this regard.
  • They need to reduce their time between transmission date and pay date. Currently they are taking three days and they need to improve it.
  • Regarding the pre-note process, ADP Workforce Now needs to improve it. Currently they take full one pay period to complete the pre-note process. They need to improve it and make it fast, so that we can avoid manual checks.
  • In busy days, the ADP support team is not available. Yes, it really took so long to connect with the ADP team on transmission dates. They need to improve it and reduce this time so we can reach them easily and in no time.
  • As ADP Workforce Now is reliable and great in timely direct deposits, so it put a positive impact on our employee's performance.
  • As ADP Workforce Now is reliable and proactive in compliance to Federal and State, so our company does not have to face legal issues so much.
  • ADP Workforce Now has an excellent user portal as it is user friendly so better customer service.
  • ADP Payforce, Zen Pay, SAP and ADP Etime
  • ADP Workforce Now is user friendly.
  • ADP Workforce Now is reliable in data confidentiality.
  • ADP Workforce Now is precise in data validation and does not have excess or over options available.
  • ADP Workforce Now provides a variety of options for creating more earning codes and deduction codes as per our requirements.
  • ADP Workforce Now's tax and banking portal is really great and it is easy to track agency notices.
