Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now for our HRIS and payroll system through out the organization.
Pros
- They do payroll well. That is their core competency.
Cons
- Customer Service - they are horrible. The first person you speak to can rarely answer your question or you sit on hold for long periods of time (30+ minutes).
- They do not Q&A their releases well enough. We've had significant issues after new releases. They also do not have test instances where you can ensure the changes will not affect processing.
- We've spent countless hours troubleshooting issues which calculate into significant labor costs.
- Their implementation team was lacking in strong project management or team members fully understanding our requirements or making best practice recommendations
- Their customer service is hit or miss.
Kronos was easier to use and customer service was more consistent. There is no comparision between Oracle, Workday and ADP. The former are larger players that will better suit our organization as we grow.
