Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now (v2.0) is being used as our main employee database. We use ADP WFN for both our HR system and payroll. It is being utilized by everyone in the company, both corporate and satellite. We specifically use ADP WFN for benefits administration, standard reporting, payroll and time and attendance.
Pros
- ADP WFN meets our needs at the most basic level by storing employee data. It is important to have a single source of truth when it comes to employee data and ADP meets our needs when it comes to this.
- ADP WFN is very straight-foward and fairly easy to use. The system is straight-foward for end-users and easy to navigate.
- ADP WFN's Benefits Administration does what it needs to do and is fairly easy for end-users to work through. It makes self-service open enrollment easy for our employees.
Cons
- ADP WFN's customer service is horrible, you can never get a hold of anyone, and when you do, it takes quite some time to turn a case around.
- It's not administrator friendly. Working on setting up anything in ADP WFN is a pain.
- Reporting is horrible in ADP, you're very limited to what information you can pull from.
- The user interface is very outdated.
- The mobile app is not useful.
- Easier benefits administration during open enrollment.
- Works well for payroll.
We're looking to replace ADP WFN with a full-suite HCM system, I don't think it stacks up to any other HRIS platform.
