We use ADP Workforce Now in the accounting department. ADP Workforce Now is used to process payroll and employee time off requests. The business problem that ADP Workforce now addresses is the accuracy of our employees' time worked and making sure they get paid correctly for the time they worked.
- Processes payroll
- Live time off balances and requests
- Upload payroll reports through a PDF
- Calculating a second check for an employee; if an employee wanted to cash out extra vacation time
- How come I can't see an employee's net time off before I process payroll?
- How come I can't generate a statement of what an employee will be paid before I process payroll?
- Made processing time off requests take longer.
I didn't select ADP Workforce Now. My boss wanted it because it was 40% cheaper than our previous payroll provider, Paychex. I went along with it because I can include ADP as part of the experience section on my resume.
