Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use Workforce Now for all of our HR, time and attendance and payroll processing. Our previous solutions for these applications did not work together and we had too much redundancy. Having all of our systems working together has saved time and has cut down on errors.
- From the application process to the termination process, ADP Workforce Now handles everything.
- Allowing employees to update their own information, as well as resetting their own passwords has been a big time saver for us.
- The support we receive is second to none.
- The training available is vast and can be tailored to the specific needs of the user or practitioner.
- We collect insurance premiums in advance. I am having to manually take out the first two deductions before the insurance effective date. It would be helpful to be able to set up the deduction in advance.
- When an employee using Time & Attendance has a missing punch, ADP WFN does not allow me to override, I have to delete the punch to process payroll. Most of the time these employees will get paid for missing hours on their next check. Not allowing me to override the missing punch makes me lose the history.

ADP was able to get us up and running in a very short amount of time. We were in a time crunch and needed the assurance that we could be on the fast track, and ADP did not disappoint. Additionally, having a "one-stop-shop" for all of our HR and payroll needs was essential.
