Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

[It's] used across the organization for time and attendance keeping. The Human Resources Department uses the Payroll, HRIS/Benefits and ACA modules. No experience with ATS or Talent Management modules. In addition, employee self-service is used for time and attendance and earnings and tax statements viewing. No carrier connections are used at this time.
  • General payroll processing (direct deposit) and check issuing
  • Payroll taxes processing, reporting and transmissions
  • Good communication between ADP product modules
  • Benefits payroll deductions schedule cannot be customized.
  • Website interface is not user-friendly.
  • Website has a few interruptions and is slow.
  • Scalable pricing model
  • You have to pay for terminated employees if they are not archived
  • Willing to negotiate on price
The implementation for the upgrade between ADP products was frustrating. We had to work with too many solutions representatives. Many issues were not thoroughly described.
