Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
[It's] used across the organization for time and attendance keeping. The Human Resources Department uses the Payroll, HRIS/Benefits and ACA modules. No experience with ATS or Talent Management modules. In addition, employee self-service is used for time and attendance and earnings and tax statements viewing. No carrier connections are used at this time.
- General payroll processing (direct deposit) and check issuing
- Payroll taxes processing, reporting and transmissions
- Good communication between ADP product modules
- Benefits payroll deductions schedule cannot be customized.
- Website interface is not user-friendly.
- Website has a few interruptions and is slow.
- Scalable pricing model
- You have to pay for terminated employees if they are not archived
- Willing to negotiate on price
