Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now to manage our HR/benefits, payroll and time and attendance. It is used by all employees.

- Last year, we upgraded to ADP Workforce Now's comprehensive services. The implementation process did not go smoothly and I am still finding and correcting errors eight months later.
- The ACA reporting feature needs better instructions. I accidently submitted our 1095-C forms before they were finalized. I called ACA support and was told that it could not be reversed, in which I had to correct several errors.
- When I joined my company, we did not have an HRIS database. It centralized all of our employee data, which flows almost seamlessly with our payroll. Every now and then, there is hiccup.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - Our company did not have an HRIS database when I joined, and ADP Workforce Now has helped to consolidate employee employment information that we maintained manually.
ADP had a more robust platform.
