Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP for our HRIS system, payroll, benefits, and recruiting. It works well because it is one system that handles multiple business needs.
  • ADP works as our company portal and allows us to communicate necessary information to all of our employees.
  • ADP is a one stop shop. We don't have to use multiple systems and duplicate our efforts.
  • ADP is very user-friendly. It doesn't take long for users to learn the system.
  • Adding new users is cumbersome.
  • Reporting can be difficult.
  • We have saved money using ADP. We had disparate systems prior to ADP and paid more for them.
We used Paycom and they could not compete with ADP. They did not have the same level of functionality.
ADP is well suited for companies that have different individuals responsible for different aspects of HR and/or payroll. We can all use the system and it is updated in real time.
