Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

- ACA tracking and processing
- Would like to have a better understanding of pre-built report content at finger tips rather than having to run them to see if they meet the needs.
- Would like to see data fields collapsed to be better utilized when selecting reports to run, rather than having to build custom reports. For example, employee roster report does not allow for a dome department nor does it contain a worker category which would be extremely helpful when running a property-wide roster.
- Location of General Ledger Interface is rather odd being under the sub menu of "Additional Reporting"
- Online Support Center difficult to find when clicking on the help box. With the Bridge and knowledge base so prominently featured I have found that I overlooked the "Visit the Support Center Website" on more than one occasion.
- ADP Workforce now has effectively created a central database for all employee data allowing access to authorized users without having to pull paper employee files from HR.
- ADP Workforce now allows for efficient payroll processing and direct deposit.
- Utilizing ADP for ACA compliance lifted a huge burden off of our resources.
