Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It's used across the whole organization as our entire HR information system. Hourly employees use it to clock in, we use it for payroll processing and PTO requests, we have the recruiting feature to attract and hire the right candidates. It's addressed a lot of problems, mostly through the ability for all staff to see their information. They can directly view their timecards throughout the week so they know how many hours they're working, they can pull up past pay statements and tax forms. Hiring managers can view all applications and indicate the steps they would like us to take. Transparency has been key and has been really beneficial.
- Responding to issues through customer service. For example, having a custom report made, having pay codes adjusted or changed.
- Payroll - the payroll process is smooth and there are graphs to analyze the current payroll cycle and it can be compared to prior payrolls. Great reporting from payroll as well.
- Reporting can be somewhat challenging. You're able to build your reports and they've done a good job of streamlining the process but sometimes finding the correct code for reporting can be challenging. However, they have a team that builds custom reports for you so that's a small complaint.
- It's given me a lot more time for other things. Payroll takes significantly less time than it used to, managing requisitions is a smooth process so hiring is more transparent and takes less time, and employees are able to view their own information and make changes. In general, I have gotten several hours back a week just from using ADP, which allows me to focus on our strategic goals.
