Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We currently use ADP only for payroll and the basic Workforce Now platform. We have had zero problems and are using the Marketplace to "link" to our compensation system.

- Supportive sales & customer staff
- Sometimes the system appears "clunky" or restrictive compared to other platforms. It is almost "old fashioned" compared to what people are used to using on social media or newer platforms.
- Workforce Now recruiting, not the extra ATS like module, is much too restrictive to be of much use unless moving away from a true paper and spreadsheet system. To candidates, it is awkward.

Initially, ADP was chosen for us but we've been fairly happy. Currently, we are strongly considering expanding almost all of our HCM and Benefits processes to ADP so that all systems "talk" to one-another. I was impressed with the demonstration and I like the sales representatives. They want to help.
