Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently use ADP only for payroll and the basic Workforce Now platform. We have had zero problems and are using the Marketplace to "link" to our compensation system.
  • Consistent quality
  • Visually appealing
  • Supportive sales & customer staff
  • Sometimes the system appears "clunky" or restrictive compared to other platforms. It is almost "old fashioned" compared to what people are used to using on social media or newer platforms.
  • Workforce Now recruiting, not the extra ATS like module, is much too restrictive to be of much use unless moving away from a true paper and spreadsheet system. To candidates, it is awkward.
  • The updates aren't always seamless.
  • Consistent payroll quality
  • I know we're in compliance with payroll regulations

Initially, ADP was chosen for us but we've been fairly happy. Currently, we are strongly considering expanding almost all of our HCM and Benefits processes to ADP so that all systems "talk" to one-another. I was impressed with the demonstration and I like the sales representatives. They want to help.
Payroll appears to be excellent. We have had absolutely no issues.

In someways, it is keeping up with newer companies, and in other ways it isn't. It is discouraging to hear how many clients are moving away from ADP when we are seriously considering using even more tools and more resources so that we have centralized platforms. It is also not friendly with other platforms and that creates places for errors, technology glitches, etc. I wish it was much more interactive with other platforms and there appeared to be a desire to be more interactive. The Marketplace is supporting this desire, however, and is a great addition.
