Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Workforce Now is being used by the whole organization. We utilize payroll, benefit, and time off. All aspects of Workforce Now are being used by our organization.

Pros

  • Payroll for teachers, support staff, administrators and some with special tax liabilities (i.e . ministers of the gospel)
  • Tracking time off for all employees
  • Benefit enrollment

Cons

  • ACA reporting is sometimes cumbersome
  • Better tracking of new employees and their goals
Benechex, Payroll Data Services, Kronos, Skyward. None compare to ADP. They all promise the moon, but when you start using them, they can not deliver.
I think Workforce Now is suited for every situation. I can not think of an example where I wouldn't use it or recommend it.
