Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used by our entire organization. It gives us the capability to allow our employees to make changes in real time to their profile by updating their address, direct deposit and tax information. We also use the Time and Attendance portion that helps us keep track of their hours.

  • Being able to see W2s under every employee due to the need of reprinting
  • Being able to print check stubs all at once rather than having to print them one at a time.

  • It cost a bit more but the ease of some of the features makes it a little worth it.
All ADP products serve their purpose depending on the company size. For us ADP Workforce Now was needed because of the amount of employees we have and the additional services that some of the other systems did not have.
I really enjoy working with ADP and have used them for many years with their range of products. They do well with their time keeping and payroll processing but they could develop in other areas.
