Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It's being used across the organization for HR and payroll.
- It's offers a lot of one stop products, for HR, Payroll, Taxes, 401K, FSA etc.
- It gives you lots of resources.
- It keeps you up to date on all laws that affect you and offers assistance when laws do change to help you manage that change.
- The reporting is a bit hard to deal with at times. Sometimes I want to run a particular report and it's hard to know all the buttons to add to make the report come out the way you want it. Customized reporting can be very difficult to someone who doesn't have time to sit down and go through it thoroughly and learn at the front in.
- The Bridge isn't a place I go anymore for my own questions. I read to see if anyone else has had that problem but I don't usually get answers there. Too slow response time.
- I sometimes have to hold for customer service for a long time. It's hard when a boss is wanting an answer and 30 minutes later you're still on hold.
- Made it easier to do my job.
- Able to have some features automated so with a one person HR dept it has helped keep me on track.
