Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Our whole organization uses ADP Workforce Now. It helps to address the issue of multiple locations as I can easily see all individuals at all locations.
- The Benefits portion of ADP is excellent for us. We are able to adjust each individual easily based on what our company offers.
- The Time Off portion of ADP is both helpful to the administrators and to our employees. Not only can I see days taken, I can also view days scheduled. It is also a perk to our employees so they may see time used and time available.
- ADP Workforce Now constantly updates and corrects issues with the site. They schedule for times that are more convenient for businesses to do their maintenance work. It is a wonderful program for the simple fact they do keep up with issues and constantly look for ways to improve.
- I would like to see ADP Workforce Now improve the general ledger interface. It is not the easiest to navigate or to complete tasks that are a little out of the norm.
- The time savings are tremendous. All previous payroll related items were done in house. With ADP handling the tax portion and retirement, it has cut office labor time so I may focus on other projects.
