Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP has allowed us to streamline processes such as payroll, time and attendance, recruiting, benefits processing, etc., all while giving employees access to request time off and make other changes which has helped minimize the amount of paper that is being used.
  • The Bridge is amazing and so incredibly helpful when you have a question or need direction on how to do something.
  • I love being able to post company announcements and events on the home page.
  • I love that WFN gives a mobile option which allows our employees to request time off where ever they may be.
  • Recruiting and applicant tracking made easy!
  • The training period for each piece of the WFN platform goes extremely fast and was a little overwhelming for one person to take on so quickly.
  • Ability for the practitioner to see the calculations used on the back end for local tax or other deductions would be helpful.
  • Ensures benefit deductions are correctly being pulled during payroll.
  • Time and Attendance tracking has helped decrease time lost due to breaks, etc.
It is well suited for HR where many or even one person is responsible for all HR functions. It allows processes to become streamlined which allows HR professionals more time out on the floor with employees and building those relationships.
