Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce now is being used for the organization and is used mostly for payroll and reports. I do not use it for benefit renewal.
  • Keep my record keeping up to date and in an easily accessible place.
  • It is great for employees to be able to access their account through their computer or on their phone.
  • I am starting to use it for ACA reporting which has been a huge help!
  • Reporting, I feel is very difficult to use. If you choose the wrong area within the reporting, your information might not be what you thought it would be.
  • I feel the new workforce now with the upgrades they made - made it difficult to find and not as user-friendly. Where ADP put some of the changes, it doesn't seem to flow as easy as it did before. I'm not really impressed with the changes
  • Better "help" menu and better directions.
Much of ADP - we don't use because of cost. Employees still look to me for most of their use and questions, however, some do like using the mobile app. It has saved me time and helped me help employees in their decisions of making changes on their paycheck. To be able to go in and put in scenarios is very helpful to them. They get to see it first hand before they make the changes. Putting payroll from start to finish is about 1.5 hours! Once the paydata is set up and saved from payroll to payroll, it is a breeze!
Well suited - it keeps all reports and employee information in one place. It definitely is much easier than the way I use to do payroll and I know I could improve it also by using more of their products. However, this is not an option because of cost. I like being able to use the system wherever there is internet!

Using ADP Workforce Now

I am the only one that does payroll. We are in the process of training someone else. Since it is so easy to use once it is set up, the training will be easy
Word, excel, some accounting background, benefit understanding

Yes - We use to get our service from another company that we were connected to. We like the ability to be independent
