Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Our whole organization uses ADP Workforce Now. In the payroll department we use it to process payroll and in the finance and accounting department, we use it to calculate accruals for paid time off. Employees use it to enter paid time off, to review their pay stubs and to make changes to their withholding taxes.
- It is easy to make changes across the board by setting up multiple PTO policies. This way we don't have to manually keep track of employees anniversary dates and change them to a new policy.
- It is easy to set up deductions changes ahead of time now by using the calendar. We no longer have to wait until the payroll cycle is started before making the deduction changes.
- It is very difficult to get our invoices online. I shouldn't have to look up instructions because there are so many drill downs.
- When looking up instructions you need to reference which version they cover. The instructions I first found this morning didn't match any of the drop down boxes I have in version 12.
- The ROI has been neutral. We had ADP before we just had to upgrade to the latest version because our version was no longer supported.
The most time savings I have seen is in the Preview process. In our old version of ADP it would take anywhere from 15 minutes to a couple of hours to preview payroll. Then if you need to reject it and make changes you had to wait 10 minutes after rejecting before you could resubmit and then you had to wait for the Preview to be processed all over again. Now our Preview process is done within minutes. I can reject, make changes and resubmit within minutes and receive the preview right away.
We've only used ADP.
