ADP Workforce Now Review
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It was used across the entire organization. We were able to use the recruitment piece which made it more efficient and easier to [see] candidates that previously applied. It also was helpful for current employees with benefits self-service, time requests, and it allowed the HR department to go paperless in some areas.
Pros
- The onboarding process
- Benefits self service/open enrollment
- Recruitment Module
Cons
- When I used it and the platform we were on - it seemed the Enterprise E Time did not flow over to the HR system. However, this could have just been something that was not set up properly.
- Reporting was a little easier to use. I do think they have improved this in the last year.
- The improvements and upgrades helped [us] move to a paperless environment
- It streamlined the recruitment process
- Benefit Self Service enhanced open enrollment and made it a lot more efficienct and reduced errors
Our HR team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - The open enrollment and benefits process now takes a couple of hours a week versus 10 to 15 hours. The payroll process was improved with fewer errors and able to complete in 4 hours instead of taking 8 hours. Overall it was noticed that we had time to do other things that were on our plate.
Company was already using ADP when I started. I have used ADP in most of my career so I am familiar with it and I like what they offer. I do believe that if you are smaller company there are other products you should explore to see which better fits your needs.
