ADP Workforce Now is used to manage payroll and attendance. It's used across the entire organization, and the hourly employees use it for time cards. It allows us to keep track of time worked, sick time, vacations, and pay.
- Time-off accrued balances on a specific date - and the ability to look into the future to see what PTO/sick time look like
- Pay stub and tax form record keeping
- Pay and time-off benefits in the same place
- Clunky interface - not intuitive and outdated
- Technical issues with PTO requests being marked as sick time and vice versa
- ADP Workforce has allowed us to manage the time and benefits effectively
