Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is being used by the HR department at my organization and by our employees for time and attendance. It is very user-friendly, and the employees love it. The support for the product has also been a great help in ensuring that payrolls are processed timely and accurately.
- Time and attendance.
- Overtime notifications.
- Payroll processing.
- Easier report creations.
- A better means of balancing payroll before posting.
- Better guidance on ACA Reporting.
- We really aren't utilizing enough features at this time to accurately answer this question.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - We have recently utilized ADP to set up PTO, which has saved a lot of paper and time. We're still working through some accrual issues though. Next is onboarding, and we're looking forward to saving more paper and time here also. This will help us go green
Having worked ten years at a prior payroll processing company, I do find that ADP is lacking in some areas, both in technology and customer support. ADP was already in place when I took my current position. However my years of experience and the learning bytes available in ADP make it a useable product.
