Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used across our entire organization. It addresses and replaces the old time check in and out equipment we had in a number of our departments. Now all of this is managed online. As well it handles all holiday and sick requests for all staff and can be managed and viewed at any given time for managers to review and approve their staff requests. It also provides us with payroll information and historic information that in the past was only available by requesting a paper copy from payroll.
  • The historic payroll data is key for staff to be able to review current and past payroll information.
  • The ability to review the users' time cards and past time cards has also been key for staff confirming the days they have worked in the past.
  • The ability for users to submit time off requests and the ability to review old time off requests. As well giving them live data on their current vacation and sick time available.
  • We would like to see some additional functions related to detailed historic information for the holiday requests.
  • We would like to see the ability to customize the ADP workforce now sign in screen with some of our own custom logos and branding.
  • At times the site is slow no matter what type of connection we have. This should be fixed by increasing the speed for many of the ADP tools.
  • Positive impact each user can manage their time card independently on each of their own computers or mobile devices.
  • Positive you can control if users can log into their time card only in the buildings or on any device anywhere.
  • We don't need to invest in new time card hardware at branches.
The previous solution required a lot of manual labour to get payroll processed as well as managing the time cards. It was clunky and now adp workforce now takes care of everything in the cloud. As well we now have a lot of self-service options for staff and also the privacy of the users' data instead of paper copies of documents that would flow to departments and managers throughout the organization. With everything being online and available there are fewer help desk calls to HR about time, payroll, and holiday time than ever before.
ADP Workforce now was the tool of choice after HR reviewed a number of solutions that were just too expensive and didn't provide the quick turn around that ADP workforce now did. As well ADP has been in the business for a long time and they know Payroll. ADP was the chosen vendor.
adp workforce now is well suited for organizations our size or smaller since the tool can be utilized by even smaller organizations. If you require a replacement to your time card tool this is the ticket. If you require a replacement to your payroll system this is the ticket.

I don't think it is appropriate if you don't have a requirement for a replacement to your timecard system. The real key for ADP workforce now has been the timecard system.
