Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce for payroll. I administer it and enter it, employees do not use it. We have not had any problems with it and it is very user friendly.
  • Very easy to enter times and changes with employees.
  • Support is always very helpful and quick to find solutions.
  • Easy to access back employee files and information.
  • When I archive employees they can not be taken off a report that I get every payroll, wasted paper.
  • Has made doing payroll easy and saved time, therefore saving money.
Our HR team has saved 1-25 hours per month. - It used to take so much time entering the payroll in our old program and now it is so easy and user friendly. Also with ADP doing all the taxes and deductions it has saved us time doing that end of it.
Easy to navigate when entering payroll data and employe changes. I like the support team, every time that I havae had to call with a problem or question, they are tight on top of getting the questions answered.
