Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We currently use ADP Workforce Now as our primary HRIS for payroll, personnel management, etc
- There are lots of integration options, so pretty much anything you want to do can be added to your current ADP setup.
- The app is easy to use, which is especially good for employees who aren't tech savvy.
- Learning Bytes, formal, and informal training are always available!
- All the add-ons you want...for a fee. Need a report that should be readily available, but isn't? There's a fee. Want a file feed? There's a fee.
- As a practitioner, there are plenty of things we can do in Workforce Now, but it's all really cumbersome and illogical. Want to update someone job title and pay rate? Well, make sure you update the information in all the different places because for some reason, the system isn't smart enough to do it.
- Why in the world is it so difficult to add an approval chain to a requisition?! And it makes no sense...go to the validation table, set up a work group, turn on the activity, select the approval path...but guess what - you have to change it for every single requisition because it's not intuitive enough to do it for you and there's no way to just select a few people ad hoc.
- The negative ROI is that nothing is included, so every little thing has a cost associated with it. Let's also include the time for the HR team to not only get up to speed on the updates/implementations, etc, but also the additional time trying to find a workaround so the system functions the way we need it to.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
