Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now to track all of our employees globally. We use it in the U.S. for payroll, benefits and time and attendance.

Pros

  • User Friendly Interface

Cons

  • Adding a pay class can only be done by the service team
  • More global features
  • Better international user training
Not as many features for our global employees
