Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Our company currently uses ADP Workforce Now for payroll, time and attendance, and payroll taxes. It is used by all our field workers as well as some of the office staff. Before Time and Attendance, we had no way of knowing when our guys were actually on the job or not on the job, but now they have to be on the job to be able to clock in so that fixed that issue.
  • User-friendly access.
  • Reporting.
  • Giving companies one point of contact that knows your company and their needs.
  • Time and Attendance glitches - Our guys are constantly having to uninstall and reinstall the app due to updates not updating properly.
  • None
ADP's customer service always answers questions when called. If you get someone that doesn't know the answer they will try to get someone on the line that could help you.
