Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is used across the whole organization. We use it for employee on-boardings, payroll, employee reviews & documentation, PTO, and tax documents, and hourly employees use it to submit their time. We also use it to track policy acknowledgement.
- Easy to access employee information
- Keeps you informed of updates/changes to the system
- Easy to access last time an employee was given an increase/promotion
- Easy to see how often someone is using PTO/calling off, etc.
- Easy to compare salaries across the company
- Setting up codes. We had a code created for UTO & it still does not function properly
- Performance management is difficult to use & you have to do the same thing in multiple areas just to set up one thing
- Posting Requisitions/open positions, can only do 3 at a time
- It has helped us keep everything in one central place.
- Documentation has improved.
I personally only used Paychex to access my pay information, stubs, etc. Using ADP as a regular employee compared to Paychex has been much easier in my opinion. Much more user friendly.

COVID-19 Response
ADP quickly implemented multiple Covid-19 related codes, Families first FMLA, etc. Have continuous Covid-19 related updates. On the home page they added a Covid-19 updates button that you can click on.
This does not apply to us.
The resources did not effect our decision making, but it was nice to have them to review.
This hasn't changed. Our employees still utilize the app as they previously did. If anything, they use it more because the majority of our employees are still working from home.
