Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now across our entire company for our HR, Payroll and Finance reporting needs. Our general ledger, staffing, budgeting, and audit reporting has all been built into ADP's offerings and have been made push-button. As for our benefits administration, the upkeep has been a smooth ride, but the implementation was a little less pleasant and required multiple escalations to get us to our final destination.

  • Reporting system works well to pull from all modules
  • ADP's Customer service has progressively gone downhill in recent years.
  • ADP's Implementation process is tedious and outdated.
  • Saves time on recruitment.
  • Allows for more productivity time to be used on other company processes.
The product itself is top notch and has the ability to function regardless of employee count due to the power of the reporting tools. It's the people who are supposed to service the product where the issues come in.
All 3rd party have been fed via ADP, not integrated with.
Workforce Now is the easiest to log in and use with minimal assistance required. Easy to access and entirely intuitive, while competitors try to complicate things for the bells and whistles, ADP makes doing your job the #1 priority.
If you are inheriting an ADP Workforce Now setup that only requires some maintenance, or have a relatively vanilla setup, then I think ADP is the product for you. Otherwise, be sure to exercise patience as the implementation process may try you and cause you to question your decisions.
