Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

I use ADP Workforce Now for payroll and time clocks.

Pros

  • Organize information.
  • User-friendly layout.

Cons

  • Rehire/edit process being so different than the Wizard.
  • Widgets changing or being inconsistent.
ADP Workforce is great for tracking employee punches and managing time, however, it is less appropriate and user-friendly when it comes to the hiring process itself. The information and layout of employee profiles change too often and consistency is lacking.
