Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Our company uses ADP Workforce Now Self Service portal across the whole organization. Our employees request time off and enroll in benefits through the online portal as well as any personal information updates. The majority of our benefits are connected to our benefit providers to make reconciling invoices very easy. We process our payroll through ADP Workforce Now and have had time tracking in the past but no longer require it. We chose not to use the recruiting functions, however, they do appear to alleviate a lot of work/issues when a candidate is hired. Unfortunately, a lot of our upper management does not use it as often, so forwarding candidates through the system would currently be a bottleneck for us. And since we are a small company, it's more efficient to discuss/communicate directly.
  • They currently respond to issues/troubleshoot quickly.
  • The Open Enrollment process is a time-saver and eliminates a lot of paperwork.
  • Updates/changes are made more often and training of changes are not sufficient.
  • The Bridge is sometimes helpful, however, you need to search several companies' questions/responses to determine if it may apply to your issue.
  • Time Saving to get direct information from Report knowing that the information matches Pay information, etc.
Think it would be rated higher if we utilized and understood more of the features through training modules or more information with updates. Trying to find quick links, etc. is difficult.
  • As HR, we have only integrated our benefit providers integration.
  • Our Payroll Dept. may have integrated through Equity Edge--but I am not involved in that.
Some issues with open enrollment changes with carrier connections, but may not be ADP issue -- lack of communication from providers with ADP delays results.
Much more information and usability of features.
It is much more efficient than paper tracking of information. The ease of looking up information is nice. The transition of the HR and benefit information directly into payroll is a breeze. In the case of upper management not having or taking the time to review/approve time off, it would be nice if there was a way to delegate their responsibilities to their administrator/assistant to make the process easier.

ADP Workforce Now Training

When we initially started with Workforce Now, we enrolled in the many online training/ webinars for the different modules and features. It was easy to follow along and ask questions on issues that were more complicated. Now it seems changes are made and it's left up to us to figure out how they work on our own or go to the Bridge and research other company's issues in hopes of finding a resolution--too time consuming.
