Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Currently ADP WFN is being used by our office managers, CFO, and myself on a regular, if not daily, basis. We also have many employees who choose to use it as well. WFN is a great tool to keep all employee info in one place. As HR, it is helpful for me to be able to physically see what another office manager is looking at when they have questions regarding a particular employee who might be in a completely different state than myself.
- Payroll processing.
- New Hire/Termination Wizards.
- Reporting is sometimes great, but if you're not already really familiar with it there is definitely a learning curve.
- Customer Service. I have a really great account manager, but when he is unavailable it is very, very hard to find an answer.
- CDK
I personally do not work with CDK, so I am unfamiliar with the integration of it with ADP, but I have not heard any complaints from those that do. We pull the payroll information from ADP over to CDK so that we can tie things out in accounting and with our banking.
