Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

The biggest problem it solves is making the whole payroll and onboarding process simple. Another thing it makes very simple is providing new employers or lender employment and wage verifications. The rollup tool lets you do that in only a few minutes.

This system is perfect for small or large companies.

The long wait times are the only reason for a lower rating. The actual system is perfect. However, having to wait sometimes almost an hour just for a simple question or solution is not good. Even though ADP has the Bridge I would still rather talk to an actual person instead of posting questions online.
