Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is used within the whole finance department and with the human resources department. It helps with time and attendance and payroll.
  • Easily accessible help through phone, email, and the website.
  • Easy layout and implementation.
  • There can be long wait times on calls with support.
  • New hire profiles cannot be viewed until the time of hiring.
  • Helps us file taxes on our behalf and saves us time.
  • W2 comes all prepared and gives us the option of mailing it out for us.
The scalability of ADP is there. Depending on the way you use it, it can be used for Human Resources like employee verification, track your employee's time and attendance, all your payroll needs, as well as tax and filing.
  • The ability to go paperless.
  • Now able to view payroll reports and annual reports online and for up to 5 years.
It was pretty straightforward. We would be contacted by a representative to set up a time to discuss the new changes and how it would affect the company overall. Then pricing will be discussed and then I would bring it up to get approval. After implementation, they would be around if there are additional issues or problems with the integration.
