A little glitchy but overall simple to use

The Benefits enrollment wizard itself is generally user-friendly, however, the setup from the admin side could use some work. The contingencies setup are limited, how you can't order the plan within the planned grouping, and how the plans under Plan Setup aren't alphabetized so you're constantly having to search through a long list whenever you go back to it. Also, when you make a change to a plan (i.e., terminate the plan) it takes a long while for the main Plan Setup page to update to that information, so it's confusing when trying to do a lot of work on the plans.

The reporting is nice, however when you have custom plans, and ADP changes a header or title of something, your report gets messed up. It seems like the dev. team spends a lot of time re-wording headers and categories, and not as much time implementing actual helpful things.

The effective dating could be a little better, also. For example, it would be nice to be able to see a history of reporting structure.
