Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use Workforce Now to pay all of our employees. It has allowed us to account for costs that we were never able to track before. The detail is limitless.
  • Reporting options.
  • On-time delivery of paychecks.
  • Lack of fully trained account managers.
  • Lack of one point of contact.
  • ADP's cost is higher than other options out there.
  • General Ledger interface would save time and money if it worked right and had support people that could help when it doesn't.
  • Great Plains Dynamics - Failed
  • Agricultural Data Systems - Works great
Companies looking for multiple reporting options and customization in reports will benefit from ADP Workforce Now. ADP does have issues with their account representatives being trained on all aspects of the program. It works best when your staff are fully trained themselves and don't have to rely on ADP to help out.
